Following the steps of history, the traditional gastronomy and the Pyrenean valleys, we go deep into the mountains through unequally beauty scenarios until we find a small village called Baro.

Hidden among the trees, next to the river banks of La Noguera Pallaresa and wrapped around in a cosy, rustic and family atmosphere, "El Carro" opens its doors to neighbours and visitors, offering an endless number of Pallaresan flavours for the lovers of good food.

Our traditional wood and ash stove, combined with the originality of the courses cooked in our kitchen, and the best products of the land, gives a delightful enjoyment for our customer taste.

The restaurant is located in an ancient masia, whose rustic and snug decoration offers the ideal setting for enjoying this gastronomic experience.

As good weather comes closer, the terrace offers a different possibility for enjoying a quiet breakfast or a magical dinner surrounded by the vegetation, where the river will live up the evening with its relaxing melody.
