The menu of a meal may be a first course with traditional cold meat -made, stuffed and dried at home-, with typical xolisa, girella and others. Then, you can enjoy some cannelloni or some trout, followed by a plate of stewed dishes, like pork cheeks, pig's trotters, stuffed lamb escalope, veal rump (Bruna, the local breed) and some more.
