Situated at the top of the village of Àreu, Camping Pica d'Estats lies on the banks of the river at the foot of the mountain Monteixo. It all covered in grass and by shady avenues of trees. The campsite offers excellent facilities including cabins, bar-cafeteria, a swimming pool, children's playing area and laundry.

It is a quiet and wonderful spot, an ideal base for hiking and mountaineering as well as driving excursions. It provides access to Catalonia´s highest peak, the Pica d'Estats (3143 m) and also to many other mountains including Monteixo (2905 m), Pic de Baborte (2938 m), Pic de Salòria (2782 m) and Pic de Norís (2834 m). Nearby, you can also enjoy adventure sports or fishing, or discover the historical monuments around the county.
