Our products have been made using the highest quality meat, from selected white pork and trusted farms.
We select the meat and handle it carefully as if any item were unique.
We work in an artisan way, not using any artificial additives, but following the traditional steps in order to achieve the natural special taste, as it was before.
Our cured sausages have been resting in natural cellars at 1300m high and dry cold temperatures; that is what makes them so special.
Gluten free, as well as flour and lactose free.
